Terms and Conditions

All the products that we make at D´vash Bakery are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1.- CONFIDENTIALITY

  • D´vash Bakery guarantees the security of our clients’ information, which travels in an encrypted way to our site by means of an SSL security certificate and is handled in such a way that it cannot be decrypted by us or agents external to us.

2.- ORDER POLICIES

  • The client must provide the complete details of the recipient’s address.
  • UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES D´vash Bakery will use any of your data; only for the requested order.
  • The customer can only buy products that are available for sale on our website dvashbakery.com.
  • To make a purchase through the online page, the Customer must select the products he wishes to purchase, which will be included in the shopping cart. Once the selection of products is finished, the Customer should go to the shopping cart where they can modify their order or finalize the order. If the Client is already sure of making his purchase, he must select the option to finalize the purchase, where he will fill in all the necessary data such as personal data, delivery address, etc. Subsequently, you must select the desired payment option. (Check policies below).
  • If you have a discount coupon, it must be entered at the time of purchase, and you can only apply one discount coupon in a single purchase.
  • The Client must check that all the data of the shipping address are correct, complete, and sufficient, since the correct and timely delivery of their order will depend on this.
  • D´vash Bakery will send the products according to the selection made by the Client at the time of purchase, so we ask that you carefully review the order when placing the order. Once the order has been placed, no changes or modifications can be made to the model, flavor, or delivery.
  • Once the purchase is completed, the Customer will receive an automated email with the order information from D´vash Bakery with the confirmation of time and delivery date, and in accordance with what was requested in the order.

3.- DELIVERY POLICIES.

  • D´vash Bakery makes personal deliveries only and undertakes to deliver the product at the place and at the time requested when placing the order.
  • The delivery of the product has no extra cost within our delivery area (5 miles) over that distance will have an additional charge depending on the delivery address.
  • Orders will be delivered from Monday to Saturday with hours from 10 am-2p. If you need your order for a specific time, please ask that the delivery be in the established time shift, or its delivery will be scheduled one day before. The products will be delivered within the ranges of schedules that we have assigned and, although we try to attend to special circumstances in matter of days and hours, D’vash Bakery does not undertake to deliver at predetermined times.
  • On Sundays and holidays, D´vash Bakery does not have home deliveries, but the products can be delivered the previous business day.
  • The minimum purchase will be six products.
  • D’vash Bakery asks all its customers for a range of tolerance and understanding due to weather conditions or circumstances beyond the control of D’vash Bakery that sometimes make delivery routes difficult.
  • If the Client is not in the place and time agreed for the delivery and it is agreed with D’vash Bakery to make a new delivery, a new charge will be made for this service.
  • The Client or assigned person will receive the products at the address, date and time agreed upon when placing the order. From that moment D´vash Bakery disclaims responsibility for damages that the products may suffer.
  • If it is an event room and the Client or person responsible for receiving the product is not found at the agreed time, the product will be left in a safe place for consideration by D’vash Bakery and any person who receives it will be considered responsible that the product was delivered as agreed and with the understanding that the Customer will assume said responsibility.
  • D´vash Bakery understands that due to special circumstances requested by the Client, he may request a modification in the delivery date of the requested product, if this modification is requested at least 7 days in advance and in which case D´vash Bakery reserves the right to approve such change subject to availability and production process times. Otherwise, the payment conditions stipulated above will apply.

4.- PAYMENT POLICY

  • The Client will pay D´vash Bakery the price established on the website.
  • For all production of any product it is essential to make payment.
  • The Client may only make payments by means of Pay Pal and Stripe at the time of ordering.
  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In case of payment by the Client, full payment of the total balance of the order is required. If the payment is with more than 7 days, 50% of the total order is required and the rest 24 hours in advance of delivery.
  • Once the payment is received, D´vash Bakery will send confirmation and information of the paid amount.

5.- PRODUCT DESIGN

  • Due to the artisanal nature and artistic production of the products, the models and designs provided on the website or sent to the client may not undergo changes or adaptations derived from production procedures.
  • No exact replicas or scale models will be made. All handcrafted decorations will be made in a representative manner.
  • It is known to the Client that the ornaments or additional equipment that the decoration or assembly requires are included, unless it is specified in the quote, they may vary from those indicated and will be subject to availability, and there may be changes or variations of tones in the design of the product regarding color, shapes, proportions or finishes since they are made by hand.
  • D´vash Bakery reserves the right to publish the photographs taken of the products made for publications in magazines, advertisements, web pages, etc.

6.- AVAILABILITY AND PRICES

  • Due to the nature of the product, it is possible that it may not be available, this for various reasons such as weather, out of season, inventory, meteorological phenomena, etc.
  • Also, prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7.- PRODUCT STORAGE AND HANDLING RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Because some of the products are made with chocolate, they should be stored in a cool, dry place. Away from the sun, heat, ovens or hot and humid places. They should be kept refrigerated
